QUESTIONS

  1. Do you offer small or medium pans?

    • We do not offer small or medium pans on food orders. We only serve large pans that feed 40-50 people.

  2. Do you accept credit/debit payments?

    • No, we do not accept credit/debit card payments. However, we do accept cash​ and checks payable to Guieb's Catering.

  3. Do you provide extra warmers for the food we make at home?

    • Due to safety reasons, we do not provide extra warmers for the food provided by others than ourselves. Should a guest assume it is our food on the buffet line and (worst case scenario) get sick, we would only take full responsibility for our own dishes and no one else's.

  4. Will there be servers filling our guests' waters and serving plates?

    • Our servers will only be responsible for keeping the buffet line organized and ​clean. As well as refilling pans, plates, forks, etc. as needed. We do not provide table service.

  5. Do you make ube tarts? I see them in your photos.

    • We no longer serve or make ube tarts.

  6. Do you offer Filipino desserts?

    • We work with a third-party vendor, contact us for more info!

  7. Do you make lechon?

    • We work with a third-party vendor, contact us for more info!

  8. How far in advanced notice do we need to make orders?

    • For by-the-pan orders, we kindly ask for our clients to order 5-7 days in advance. For buffet-style orders, we kindly ask for our clients to order 2-3 weeks in advance. The earlier the better!

  9. Do you deliver? Are there any fees?

    • Yes, ​we deliver! However, there will be a small delivery fee for drop-offs; contact us for more info.

  10. Do you make bentos?

    • Yes, we make bentos! Contact us for more information.​

  11. Where do we sign our contracts with you?

    • We are available M-F after 6:30pm and Sat-Sun at 8-11am. We can meet at a Starbucks near you.​
